Juneteenth 2025: A Celebration for the Deaf Community Date: June 19, 2025 Location: TBA (Virtual summit on CBS and in-person events) We’re excited to announce our Juneteenth celebration for 2025, which will be an unforgettable event focused on inclusivity, empowerment, and community engagement. This will be our first Deaf-inclusive Juneteenth celebration under The Most Honorable Ms. Juneteenth Athiena—and we need your support to make it a success! Key Events: Black Kings Awards & Messages: Celebrate the achievements and contributions of Black Kings in the community. (Details for award nominations and participation will be shared soon.) Fashion Show: Featuring top designers, models, and a talented glam team. A celebration of Black culture and fashion. KidZone Activities: Engaging activities for children, including reading, sports, arts, and more. A family-friendly space to nurture the next generation. Virtual Summit (CBS): A virtual summit featuring prominent speakers and community leaders. This will be available for a broader audience via CBS. Lunch & Learn on YouTube: A special segment for learning and community building, streamed live on YouTube. Vendor Opportunities: We’re offering a variety of vendor packages for businesses, organizations, and creators who want to engage with the community and increase visibility. Vendor Packages: Basic Vendor - $175 Logo in event directory Social media promotion Pictures at the virtual vendor space Flexible payment plans available Ultimate Vendor - $225 All the Basic package perks 30-second promotional video shown during the summit Premium Vendor - $275 All the Ultimate package perks 60-second promotional video Connect with viewers through surveys/forms Speaker opportunity at Lunch & Learn Regular Saturday Vendor - $450 10x10 booth space Inclusion in the event directory and map Access to vendor-only networking session Social media promotion & visibility on the event website Swag bag with water Ideal for businesses looking to engage with a diverse audience VIP Saturday Vendor - $600 (Limited to 10 spots) Premium placement in high-traffic areas Dedicated volunteer support (booth setup, breakdown, etc.) Snack pack with water & snacks Exclusive promotion in event marketing Dedicated profile on event website Professional event photos of your booth VIP networking with sponsors & community leaders T-shirt & swag bag 1st-year free access to Juneteenth BIZ Membership Support & Sponsorship: This event is an opportunity for businesses and individuals to show their commitment to the Deaf community and Black excellence. We are looking for sponsors and donors to help fund ASL interpretation services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing participants. If you're interested in sponsoring an ASL interpreter or if you’re a business that can help make this event accessible, please reach out. Your support will ensure that everyone in the community can enjoy and participate in the Juneteenth celebrations. We aim to provide professional ASL interpreters for all events, so that the Deaf community can fully engage with the activities.
